These terms apply when you buy from or use this site. By completing a purchase, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email us before you buy.
Who you're buying from
Products on this site are sold by The 5-Day Clingy Dog Cure (clingydogcure.com), referred to here as "we" or "us". You can reach us at help@clingydogcure.com.
What you're buying
Everything we sell is digital: downloadable guides and printables, web apps you open in your browser, training emails and, for the 30-Day Alone Challenge, access to a private online community. The sales page and checkout describe exactly what each product includes. Nothing physical is shipped.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in euros (EUR) at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.
- All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions, and you won't be charged again unless you choose to buy something else.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Add-ons offered at checkout or after checkout are optional. You're only charged for what you choose.
Delivery
You get access straight after payment: on the thank-you page and by email to the address you entered at checkout. If something doesn't arrive within an hour, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll sort it out.
Your right of withdrawal and our guarantee
Under EU consumer law you usually have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered straight away, that right ends once the download or access has started, provided you agreed to immediate delivery. We offer something more generous than the legal minimum: a 30-day money-back guarantee on every product. See our Refund Policy for how it works.
How you can use the products
- Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the products for yourself and your household, including sharing the sitter materials with the people who look after your dog.
- Please don't resell, share publicly, upload or redistribute the guides, files or apps, or present them as your own.
- All content remains our intellectual property.
Not veterinary advice
Our products give general dog-training guidance based on common positive-reinforcement methods. They are not veterinary or medical advice, and they don't replace a vet or a certified behaviourist. Every dog is different, and we can't promise a specific result in a specific time. If your dog's clinginess started suddenly, comes with changes in eating, sleeping or energy, or if your dog hurts themselves trying to get out, please talk to your vet first.
You're responsible for your dog's safety and wellbeing while you follow the plan. Stop any exercise that causes serious distress.
The community group
If your purchase includes access to the private community, it's hosted on Whop, and Whop's own terms also apply there. Please be kind. We may remove anyone who harasses other members, spams, or shares the paid materials. If we remove you for breaking these rules, you won't get a refund for the community access.
Our responsibility
We do our best to keep the site, files and apps working and accurate, but we can't promise they'll always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that can't legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.
Disputes
If you have a problem, email us first. Most things can be fixed quickly. You also keep any rights to take a dispute to the courts or consumer bodies in the country where you live, and EU consumers can use the European Commission's consumer dispute resources.
