Short version: if it doesn't work for you, you get your money back. Every product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
The Shower Test guarantee
Do the 5 days. If you still can't shower with the door shut without a meltdown on the other side, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you. No forms and no long questions.
The same 30-day guarantee covers everything we sell, including the add-ons and upgrades.
How to ask for a refund
- Email help@clingydogcure.com within 30 days of your purchase.
- Send it from the email address you used at checkout, or include that address, so we can find your order.
- Tell us which product you'd like refunded. A sentence about what didn't work is helpful but not required.
What happens next
- We reply within 2 business days.
- The refund goes back to the payment method you used. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Once you're refunded, your access to that product, including community access, ends.
A few fair limits
- Refund requests need to reach us within 30 days of the purchase date.
- One refund per product per customer.
- We may decline repeated buy-and-refund patterns or refunds for accounts removed from the community for breaking its rules.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is on top of your rights under EU consumer law, not instead of them. If a product is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a fix or a refund regardless of the 30-day window.
